14‑Day Defect Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order only if the product has a proven manufacturing defect or quality issue.

To process a refund for a defective item:

  • The item must be returned to us for inspection.

  • A refund will be issued only after the defective product is received and verified.

  • If no defect is confirmed, the order is not eligible for a refund or return.

Non‑Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color choice

  • Delayed shipping

  • Any reason other than a confirmed defect

How to Start a Defect Claim

Include photos or videos showing the issue to speed up the process.

Return Shipping

Once your claim is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to send the defective item back

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
